038b674002 Rename plugin from openclaw-channel to send_to_agent 
- plugin.yaml: name is now send_to_agent
- __init__.py: toolset is now send_to_agent, removed openclaw references
- send_to_agent.py: unchanged (tool name was always send_to_agent)

4251aefd5f Rename from openclaw-channel to send_to_agent 
Plugin name now matches the tool it provides. Eliminates confusion
between the plugin name (openclaw-channel) and the tool name
(send_to_agent).
